Auf Wiedersehen!

capricious_k and I are flying out to Germany for a 10-day vacation with her family. Yes, we will be attending Oktoberfest. No, neither of us really like beer -- but we'll be sure to have some nice Rhine River Valley wine while we're there to compensate for the many liters of beer we'll get in Munich.
In addition to Oktoberfest we'll also be traveling around the Bavarian region to see the sights, attend a soocer (*ahem* football) match, eat lots of varieties of sausage, ooo and ahh at the Alps, etc.
I'll have my iPhone with me so I'll try to keep up with the Interschnitzel while I'm away, but I'll be dependent on fnding free wireless hotspots. Expect email replies to be slow -- I'll be on vacation! -- and please only call if it's an emergency.
And now, off to the land of laderhosen, where David Hasellhoff is popular!
