From now 'till Monday my life is mostly about an 869 page tome called the Streaming Media Bible, and a 512 page book called the Microsoft Windows Media Resource Kit. All this is in preparation for my job interview at Stanford next week. I rarely get eyeball-deep in technical reference manuals, much less get into them. But it's good to get back in the mood.

Probably if you actually remember those hideous tomes, they will be so sorry they asked you to read them that they will hire you on the spot :)

Actually they didn't ask me to read them. I'm just refreshing some rusty knowledge. All 1400 or so pages of it. :-/
