In a New York state of mind

Tomorrow capricious_k and I are off to NYC tomorrow! We were trying to think of something to do to celebrate our four-year anniversary of our first date, and couldn't find anything in or near California we wanted to do. So we zoomed out on Google Earth until we were looking at the whole US. Then the conversation went something like this:

Me: "You know, I've never been to New York City. I've always wanted to go."

K: "Yeah, I want to got back someday. I'd love to see the Macy's Day Parade live."

At this point we both looked into each other's eyes, grinned like crazy, and a plan was born. Our hotel is right on the parade route. :-)

Oh, and one other thing...

My real estate agent just informed me that I just bought a condo!!!

Come late December, I'll be own a place near furycom. I'll post some photos when I get a chance, but right now I've got too much last-minute NYC prep.
