Hello now, what's this? (more car musings)

It turns out that Toyota has a Camry hybrid coming out in the summer. Although the mileage isn't quite as good as a Prius (the Camry gets a mere 40 mpg -- which also means it doesn't meet the requirements for California's Hybrid exception for HOV lanes) I like the specs a lot, and I like the 2007 Camry design compared to previous years.

Also, the previews look very promising. Check out this one for an example.

It looks like the Camry Hybrid won't be available until the summer. I guess I'll have some time to think about this some more.

Tempest bassist's blog
