Socially redlined

I've had a fabulous time during the past couple of weeks traveling, hanging out, visiting, drinking, seeing movies, and attending parties. All of these things have been good times with good people. I look forward to more of these good times.
Just not this week.
I'm running at near social overload. And in a few days I'll be headed to Comicon with a large batch of people close to me, to hang out in a crowd of tens of thousands for a long weekend. For my own sanity, as well as that of my friends, I'm going to hermit up for a few days; I need some downtime. Staring with tonight -- I think I'm going to skip the Plough.
On an unrelated note, my spoiler-free micro-review of Fantastic Four: it sucks, and isn't really worth even a matinee price. Exception: if you're inclined towards appreciation of the male form, this movie might be worth a couple of bucks. Note to Jessica Alba fans: skip it and go rent Honey instead, which is a vastly superior movie (which isn't saying much).
